of Cippco
Established as an excavating company by owners Joseph & Mercedes Cipolloni
Purchased its first backhoe to help generate work as a rental contractor
Expanded service by taking on concrete work and adding union finishers
Expanded into field of interior demolition by adding union laborers and carpenters
Cippco INC. was established as the management company
Since then, Cippco has developed its field and office personnel to handle a variety of jobs awarded from General Contractors, Owners, and Building Managers in the Tri-state area. Cippco’s primary goal is to endure the foundation it has earned as a reputable contracting company by maintaining pride and excellence in all of its work

For the second year in a row Cippco received the Award of Excellence from our Captive, National Contractors Insurance Ltd. This award is bestowed on the top 25% of companies demonstrating exceptional commitment to safety and risk control. Cippco is honored to receive this as a continued testament to our commitment to safety and leading in industry standards.

Proudly recognized as a finalist by the GBCA for the 2025 Trade Specific Excellence Awards.
This award acknowledge the technical demolition work Cippco completed at 17 Market West.
